Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FindRockets.com and related services (“Service”) operated by the FindRockets team (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

FindRockets is a subscription-based software platform that offers stock research tools, ranked watchlists, scanners, portfolio planning features, paper-trade journaling, and AI-assisted Q&A. We provide information and software only. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and we do not execute trades or hold customer funds.

2. Not financial advice

All content, scores, rankings, alerts, and AI responses are for education and decision support only. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Do your own research (DYOR).

3. Accounts

You may sign in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans: Free, Pro, and Pro+ tiers as described on our Pricing page.
• Payment: Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
• Cancel: You may cancel anytime via My Account → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future charges; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable, including partial periods, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days.
• Price changes: We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; resell or redistribute our data or picks; attempt unauthorized access; use the Service for unlawful purposes; or overload our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use. You retain ownership of data you submit (e.g., saved buckets, paper trades).

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PICKS, SCANS, OR AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR PROFITABLE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your trading decisions, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to paid features may be communicated by email where appropriate.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Arizona, except where prohibited by consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
